The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has options for different door types, such as solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, and three different control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The specifications of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include high-density polyethylene insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors, clear or solid doors with aluminum frames, and four casters with donut neoprene wheels and ball bearing swivels.
The holding modules of the cabinet are removable without tools and include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
