The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, with a capacity to hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability with high-quality components, and fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in different colors, with the Insulation Armour™ providing heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full-length or dutch-style options for full-height cabinets. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in different amperages, and chrome universal slide pairs.
