The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of aluminum. It features a clear polycarbonate door that allows visibility of the contents without losing heat. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, providing a capacity for either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for easy mobility. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The clear polycarbonate doors allow visibility of the contents without opening the door and losing heat. The doors are made of extruded aluminum powder-coated frame with a .090" polycarbonate window.
The cabinet's control module is removable without tools, making it easy to clean the interior. It also allows for future module upgrades or changes without replacing the cabinet body. The control module features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.
There are three holding modules available for the cabinet: proofing module, holding module, and combination module. The proofing module is for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and features an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module allows for switching between heated holding mode and proofing mode with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
The cabinet also offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of straight plugs and universal slides.
