The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with insulated solid doors. It features top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer for easy access and readability. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a wattage of 2000 watts and an amperage of 16.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet has several standard features, including a rapid heat-up and recovery time, an integral water pan system for adding humidity, top-mounted controls for easier access and cleaning, and a reliable and durable construction. It also has an analog thermometer that displays the cabinet temperature even when turned off or unplugged.
The 6 Series Controller allows for easy temperature control with a dial and has an always-on analog thermometer for transport applications. It also displays the actual cabinet temperature even when the cabinet is off.
There are several options and accessories available for the cabinet, including different casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, a control panel cover, different door configurations, and various door latches and plugs. There are also stainless steel universal slide upgrades available for different cabinet sizes.
The cabinet has four built-in polymer handles, a maximum temperature of 200°F, and full perimeter insulation with high-density fiberglass. It has self-closing, lift-off hinges with long-life nylon bearings, chrome-plated magnetic pull latches, and an analog cabinet thermometer with independent thermostat control. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled heating element, a ball bearing blower motor, and a ducted air system. The cabinet is made of type 304 stainless steel or aluminum and has fully insulated solid or clear doors. It has four casters with neoprene wheels, two of which have brakes, and rubber casters on under counter models.
