The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with grey Insulation Armour™. It has an insulated cabinet and door, with a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It can hold either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with the option for full length or dutch-style doors for full height cabinets. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all of which feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
