The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with insulated Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26" and is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
