The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a pan capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The durable polymer construction is dent, impact, and stain resistant, and molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
The C5™ 3 Series offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Additional options and accessories for the C5™ 3 Series include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
