The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch insulated aluminum doors, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, allowing for a capacity of 35 18" x 26" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet features solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors allow visibility of the contents without heat loss.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
