The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 35 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in standard high wattage or low wattage models, depending on the specific needs of the application. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request.
The cabinet can be configured with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can have full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a Travel Latch, 6" Casters, Small Item Shelf, Stainless Steel Legs, Rear Rigid Casters, Factory Left-Hand Hinging, Flush Door Latch, Stainless Steel Universal Slides, Straight Plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and Chrome Universal Slide Pair.
