The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a capacity of holding (27) 18" x 26" pans. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet is insulated with Grey Insulation Armour™, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of insulation Armour™ colors (Red, Blue, or Gray). The cabinet also offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full length or dutch-style doors for full height cabinets. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all of which feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
