The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with full height and insulated clear Dutch doors. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and can hold up to 32 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is made of stainless steel and operates on 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The standard features of this cabinet include high-quality stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and durability. It is designed for reliability and has top-mounted controls for easy access and readability. The forced convection design circulates hot air for improved temperature consistency, and the maximum operating temperature is 200°F. The cabinet also features Insulation Armour™ Plus, which is a patented insulation technology that provides improved energy efficiency and protection in mobile applications. There are several options and accessories available for this cabinet, including 6" casters, a small item shelf, a travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, different plug options, stainless steel legs, and various slide upgrades. The specifications of this cabinet include high temperature door gaskets, stainless steel door hinges, a chrome plated door latch, a stainless steel cabinet body with HDPE exterior, a thermostatically controlled heating element, plate mounted casters, and insulation with HDPE polymer panels and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors of this cabinet are made of stainless steel and are insulated and welded. They are field reversible and can swing 180°. The solid doors are fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, while the clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating.
