The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a lower wattage option and features Red Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers that can hold either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability with high-quality components, and fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray Insulation Armour™, and the doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear doors with an aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, and solid doors with fiberglass insulation and aluminum panels.
