The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with full height and insulated clear Dutch doors. It features top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and is made of stainless steel. The cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified. The standard features of this cabinet include a stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and durability, top-mounted controls for improved access and readability, and a forced convection design that circulates hot air for consistent temperature. The cabinet also has Insulation Armour™ Plus, which is a patented insulation technology that provides improved energy efficiency and protection in mobile applications. There are several options and accessories available for this cabinet, including 6" casters, a small item shelf, a travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, different plug options, stainless steel legs, and various types of universal slides. The cabinet has high temperature door gaskets, stainless steel door hinges, and a chrome plated door latch. The cabinet body is made of stainless steel with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) exterior. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The casters are plate mounted and the insulation consists of HDPE polymer panels with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors of the cabinet are made of stainless steel and are insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. The solid doors are fully insulated, while the clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating. The doors are field reversible and have a 180° swing.
