The C5™ 6 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of insulated 304 stainless steel. It features tempered double-pane glass doors, top-mounted controls, and an analog thermometer. The cabinet has a ducted heating system with a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. It has universal wire slides that can hold either 18" x 26" pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable spacing of 3" on center. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with a wattage of 1440 and an amperage of 12. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is designed for rapid heat-up and recovery times, thanks to its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. It also has an integral water pan system that can be used to add humidity to the cabinet environment, improving food quality. The top-mounted controls are ergonomic and user-friendly, mounted at the top of the cabinet for easier access, better readability, and to prevent damage. The 6 Series controller allows for control of the cabinet temperature, with an easy-to-use dial. The cabinet also features an "always-on" analog thermometer that displays the actual cabinet temperature, even when the cabinet is turned off or unplugged.
The cabinet is available in various configurations, sizes, and door types. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum materials. It can be a reach-in or pass-thru model, with the exception of the under counter and 3/4 height models. The doors are lift-off and field reversible, and come in full length solid, full length clear, Dutch solid, and Dutch clear options.
