The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with an under counter design. It features an insulated solid door and top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and can hold up to 11 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is made of stainless steel and has 2" casters for easy mobility. The unit operates on 120V/60/1 power with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The cabinet is constructed with high-quality Type 304 stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. It is designed for reliability and features high-quality components for long-term use. The controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for easy access and readability, and to prevent damage. The forced convection design circulates hot air for improved temperature consistency, with heat channeled to the bottom of the cabinet. The maximum operating temperature is 200°F.
The Insulation Armour™ Plus technology replaces traditional sheet metal exterior with foamed-in-place polyurethane polymer panels, providing improved energy efficiency. The panels have molded-in handles and act as a bumper for improved handling and protection in mobile applications.
Optional accessories include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, straight plug, 120V, 6" stainless steel legs, twist lock plug, 120V, universal slide pairs in chrome or stainless steel, and stainless steel universal slide upgrades in various heights.
The cabinet features high temperature door mounted Santoprene gaskets, type 304 stainless steel door hinges, a chrome plated magnetic latch with lever-action release, and a type 304 stainless steel cabinet body with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) exterior. The heat generation system includes a thermostatically controlled 1360W heating element, ball bearing blower motor, and ducted air system. The casters are plate mounted and the insulation consists of Insulation Armour™ Plus HDPE polymer panels with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
The doors are type 304 stainless steel, 20-gauge insulated and welded. They are field reversible with a 180° swing. Solid doors are fully insulated with 2" thick high density fiberglass insulation, while insulated
