The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full length or dutch-style doors for full height cabinets. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all of which have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
