The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 190°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a pan capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It has a NEMA 5-20P plug and is cULus and NSF certified. The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability. It is made with high quality components to ensure a long life of worry-free use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced air heating system. The clear polycarbonate door allows visibility of the contents without losing heat. The removable module makes cleaning the cabinet interior easy and allows for future module upgrades or changes without replacing the cabinet body. There are three holding modules available for the cabinet. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The proofing module is for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and has an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode and also has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
