The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and has moisture control. The cabinet can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides that are spaced 1-1/2" apart. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles to maximize holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ of the cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The Insulation Armour™ retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
