The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a capacity of 17 18" x 26" pans. It features Blue Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers and 5" casters (2 with brakes) for easy mobility. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity and comes in high wattage or low wattage models. It is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. The cabinet provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request.
The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full height cabinets can have full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It has high temperature, door-mounted Santoprene gaskets and molded hand holds on all four corners. The latches are polymer high-strength magnetic pull latches with lever-action release. The hinges are field reversible, double hinged, with a 180° swing and long-life nylon bearings. The clear doors have an extruded aluminum powder coated frame with a polycarbonate window, while the solid doors are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels
