The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on fixed wire slides. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The doors of the cabinet can be either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
