The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It features Red Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray Insulation Armour™, with other colors available upon request. It comes with the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan.
