The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet made of aluminum. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The cabinet has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 190°F. It has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 35 pans measuring 18" x 26". The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The proofing module is designed for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and features an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode, with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
