The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of aluminum. It features a clear polycarbonate door that allows visibility of the contents without losing heat. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, which can hold either 8 (18" x 26") or 16 (12" x 20" x 2-1/2") pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The clear polycarbonate doors allow visibility of the contents without opening the door and losing heat. The doors are made of extruded aluminum powder-coated frame with a .090" (2.3mm) polycarbonate window.
The cabinet's modules are removable without tools, making it easy to clean the interior. Future module upgrades or changes can be made without replacing the cabinet body. Three holding modules are available, each featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. There is also a proofing module for proofing applications only, with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The combination module allows for a switch from heated holding mode to proofing mode, with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of straight plugs and universal slides.
The cabinet is equipped with a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature door-mounted Santoprene gaskets, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field-reversible double-hinged 180° swing hinges with long-life nylon bearings, and four casters with 5" donut neoprene wheels.
