The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a grey Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is made of a durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors are available in solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate options. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Additional options and accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
