The Lang® Marine Commercial Convection Oven is an electric oven that is designed for commercial use. It has an extra deep interior and features two decks. This oven is classified as Type II and is Size 2. It comes with thermostat controls that include a 5-hour timer. The oven also has a 2-speed motor. One of the notable features of this oven is its independently open doors, which are equipped with double pane windows, door latches, and stops. Both the interior and exterior of the oven are made of stainless steel. The oven also comes with 8-1/2"H bolt-down legs for stability.
