The Lang® Marine Commercial Convection Oven is an electric oven that is designed for commercial use. It has an extra deep interior and features one deck. This oven is Type 1 and Size 2. It comes with thermostat controls and a 5-hour timer for precise cooking. The oven also has a 2-speed motor for efficient operation. The doors of the oven can be opened independently and have double pane windows, as well as latches and stops for safety. Both the interior and exterior of the oven are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The oven is equipped with 27"H bolt-down legs for stability. It is suitable for military specifications and naval shipboard applications. The oven has a power output of 11.7kW and is Marine-cUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
