The Titan Fire & Ice Freezer is a commercial chef base that measures 72" in length. It is designed to be used with remote refrigeration, which is not included. The chef base features four removable drawers, each measuring 27-1/4" in size. It has a capacity to hold seven pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep (pans not included). The chef base also includes face mounted dial thermometers for easy temperature monitoring. It is made with a stainless steel front face and sides, and comes with 6" adjustable legs. The chef base operates at 4.4 amps and is cETLus certified.
