The Titan™ Fire & Ice Freezer is a self-contained commercial chef base that measures 84" in length. It features four self-closing drawers, each measuring 27-1/4" in size. The unit has a capacity to hold seven pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep (pans not included). The freezer is equipped with face-mounted dial thermometers and a built-in condensate evaporator. It also comes with stainless steel 6" adjustable legs and requires 11.8 amps of power.
