The Titan™ Fire & Ice Freezer is a commercial chef base that measures 72" in length. It is self-contained and features two 14-3/8" drawers and two 27-1/4" drawers, all of which are self-closing. The freezer has a capacity to hold five pans measuring 12" x 20" x 6" deep (pans not included). It is equipped with face-mounted dial thermometers and a built-in condensate evaporator. The freezer also has stainless steel 6" adjustable legs and requires 10.7 amps of power. It is cETLus certified.
