It has a powerful 1 hp wash pump motor and is air insulated between the body and stainless steel housing. The dishwasher is made of durable stainless steel construction and has a low product indicator light to alert the operator when detergent and sanitizer are low.

Please note that a vent hood is not recommended above the dishwasher as it does not produce excessive vapors. It is important to check with the local building code to determine the required ventilation for commercial dish machine installations. The dishwasher generates steam during normal operation, so materials such as wood laminate and veneers are not suitable for use in areas exposed to dishwasher steam and detergents. It is recommended to use stainless steel or other moisture-resistant shields for surfaces adjacent to the dishwasher sides and top.
