The DishStar® Dishwasher is an undercounter dishwasher that measures 24-3/16"W. It features high temperature sanitizing with a built-in 70°rise booster heater. It can clean approximately 24 racks per hour, using 1.1 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher has a universal timer, built-in chemical pumps, and an auto-fill feature. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and the wash pump is also stainless steel. The dishwasher has a 1 HP motor and is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified. Standard features of the dishwasher include a door switch, automatic fill, deliming cycle, universal timer, push button start, fill and dump design, above water scrap basket, labyrinth type door design, stainless steel wash pump, built-in chemical pumps and priming switches. It also comes with one peg rack and one combination rack. The dishwasher has options for a tie down, back panel, pressure regulator, drain quench system, water hammer arrestor, replacement cartridge for SPS (Scale Prevention System), and SPS itself. Accessories available for the dishwasher include peg racks, combination racks, and 36-compartment racks. There are also machine stands available in two different heights. The dishwasher uses 1.1 gallons of water per rack and 26.4 gallons of water per hour. It has a two-minute automatic cycle and a powerful 1 HP wash pump motor. It has a built-in booster heater and a fresh water rinse to eliminate wash water contamination. The dishwasher is made of durable stainless steel construction. Please note that a vent hood is not recommended above the dishwasher as it does not produce excessive vapors. It is important to check with the local building code to determine the required ventilation for commercial dish machine installations. The dishwasher generates steam during normal operation, so materials such as wood laminate and veneers are not suitable for use in areas exposed to dishwasher steam and detergents. It is recommended to use stainless steel or other moisture-resistant shields for surfaces adjacent to the dishwasher.
