The Conserver® Dishwasher is a door-type dishwasher that measures 33-1/8"W x 29-1/2"D x 68-1/2"H. It utilizes low temperature chemical sanitizing and has a built-in booster heater that ensures a rinse water temperature of 145°F. The dishwasher offers three selectable timed cycles and has a capacity of approximately 39 racks per hour. It features a universal (straight-thru/corner) type design and includes three built-in dispensing pumps, a built-in scrap accumulator, a removable screen, and a drain pump. The dishwasher is constructed with stainless steel and has adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. It is equipped with a 1 HP wash pump and is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
The dishwasher comes with several standard features including auto start, a door switch, a wash thermometer, an internal sump design, a removable scrap screen, a built-in waste accumulator, low chemical indicator lights, convenient top mounted controls, an air gap instead of a vacuum breaker, and stainless steel adjustable bullet feet. It also has a delimer switch for easy removal of hard water deposits and interchangeable upper and lower stainless steel wash/rinse arms. The dishwasher is equipped with an electromechanical timer with a multi-cycle timer (Normal, Medium, Heavy) and a built-in booster heater that ensures a constant water temperature of 145°F for outstanding performance.
There are several options available for the dishwasher including Scaltrol, a false panel, flanged feet, a water hammer arrestor, and an audible low chemical alarm (only available on 115v models). Accessories for the dishwasher include a peg rack, a combination rack, a 36-compartment rack, and racks of various heights (7" tall, 4-1/8" tall, 5-5/8" tall).
The dishwasher uses 1.02 gallons (3.9 liters) of water per rack and has a single point electrical connection. It features a fill and dump design that disposes of dirty water and replaces it with a fresh water rinse every cycle. The dishwasher has a self-draining stainless steel pump that eliminates soil/detergent carryover between wash and rinse cycles. It is field convertible from straight to corner and corner to straight for flexible installations and applications.
