The TempStar® Dishwasher is a high hood, high temperature, door type dishwasher with no booster. It is a universal (straight-thru/corner) type dishwasher that can handle approximately 55 racks per hour. It uses 0.72 gallons of water per rack and has a universal timer and Sani-Sure feature. The dishwasher has an all stainless steel finish and is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR certified.
Some of the standard features of the TempStar® Dishwasher include a door switch, front dress panel, large scrap basket, auto-fill/auto-start function, adjustable bullet feet, delime/manual wash switch, self-draining stainless steel pump, low watt density electric wash tank heater, hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, vent fan control, and detergent/rinse additive signal connection fuse box. It also uses standard 20" X 20" racks and has a multi-cycle timer with options for Extra Heavy, Heavy, Medium, and Normal cycles.
The dishwasher has a split-door design that accommodates installations with low ceiling heights and an extended 15-second high-temperature rinse for superior coverage and rapid drying. It also has lower counter-rotating wash arms and an upper wash arm for optimum spray coverage and superior cleaning action. The dishwasher has a 20-3/4" wide X 27" high opening that can accommodate 18" X 26" sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls.
The TempStar® Dishwasher comes with a built-in 70°F rise booster heater as standard, but a 40°F rise booster heater is available as an option. There are also various optional features and accessories available, such as Scaltrol, false panel, single phase electrical connection, flanged feet, door interlock, 480V electrical connection, security package, drain quench system, steam booster heater, 3/4" pressure regulator, and water hammer arrestor.
The dishwasher has a 2 HP wash pump motor and can handle 53 racks per hour in the normal cycle. It is made of durable stainless steel construction and has single point connections for all utilities. The total automatic (normal) cycle of the dishwasher is 62 seconds, and it uses 1.36 gallons of 180°F water per rack. The dishwasher is also field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa.
