The TempStar® Dishwasher is a high temperature, door type dishwasher with no booster. It is a universal (straight-thru/corner) type dishwasher with a capacity of approximately 58 racks per hour, using 0.90 gallons of water per rack. It features electro-mechanical controls, Sani-Sure, and a stainless steel finish. It is cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
Some of the standard features of the TempStar® Dishwasher include a door switch, front dress panel, auto-fill/auto-start, large scrap basket, adjustable bullet feet, delime/manual wash switch, self-draining stainless steel pump, low watt density electric wash tank heater, top mounted controls for ease of operation, hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, and a detergent/rinse additive signal connection fuse box. It uses standard 20" X 20" racks and has a multi-cycle timer with options for Extra Heavy, Heavy, Medium, and Normal cycles. It also has a vent fan control that shuts off the vent fan when the machine is idle.
The Sani-Sure™ feature of the TempStar® Dishwasher ensures proper rinse water temperature. It has a 17-1/4" door opening that accepts 18" trays, and the wash/rinse arms are interchangeable and easy to clean. The specially designed stainless steel nozzles provide superior cleaning action. It also has a built-in 70°F rise booster heater as standard, with an optional 40°F rise booster heater available at no additional cost.
There are several options and accessories available for the TempStar® Dishwasher, including Scaltrol, False Panel, Single Phase, Flanged Feet, Door Interlock, 480V Electrical, Security Package, Drain Quench System, Steam Booster Heater, 1/2" Pressure Regulator, and Water Hammer Arrestor. The dishwasher is also compatible with various racks of different heights.
The TempStar® Dishwasher uses 0.89 gallons of water per rack and has a total automatic (normal) cycle time of 57 seconds. It has a 1 hp wash pump motor and single point connections for all utilities. It is field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa, as well as from 3-phase to single phase and vice versa. The dishwasher is constructed with durable stainless steel.
