This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It uses a remote condenser and has the capacity to produce a maximum of 968 lbs of half-dice ice in a 24-hour period under favorable conditions. For every 100 lbs of ice produced, it consumes 19 gallons of water and 5.0 kWh of power. This model operates on a 208-230v/60/1-ph voltage configuration at 12.8 amps. The internal parts that freeze water into ice are made from food-grade BPA-free plastic. These parts can be easily assembled and disassembled without the need for tools and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The Smart LED feature alerts operators when cleaning is required. Key components of this ice maker have an Agion® coating to prevent microbial growth and maintain the taste of the ice between cleanings. It also features environmentally friendly components, including BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. For sanitation purposes, the ice machine has simple one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling. The BPA-free components can be easily cleaned in a dishwasher. The built-in Agion® coating provides antimicrobial protection. The Smart LED light indicates the machine's status and alerts when cleaning is required.
