The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series and is a modular cube ice maker. It is designed to be used with 208-230v/60/1-ph power and has the capacity to produce up to 896 lbs of half-dice ice in a 24-hour period. This air-cooled unit consumes 19 gallons of water and 5.0 kWh of power for every 100 lbs of ice it produces. One of the notable features of this ice machine is its dual exhaust zones, located on the top and right side, which allow for unobstructed airflow. This means that one of the exhaust zones can be installed next to obstructions without affecting the efficiency of the unit. The interior of the ice maker is made up of a Plastic Food Zone, with all parts constructed from BPA-free plastic. These parts can be easily disassembled without the need for tools and can be placed in a dishwasher for thorough cleaning. The front panel can also be removed to provide easy access to all parts, even when the unit is installed between other equipment.
