The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series and is a modular cube ice maker. It has an air cooled self-contained condenser with a heat rejection capacity of 15,100 BTU/hr. This allows the machine to produce up to 896 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period. For every 100 lbs of ice produced, the machine consumes 19 gallons of water and 5.0 kWh of power. It is designed for 208-230v/60/1-ph power at 11.8 amps. The Plastic Food Zone inside the ice maker is made up of BPA-free components that can be easily snapped together without the need for tools. These parts are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned when needed. The ice maker has a SMART LED system that alerts the user when the parts need cleaning. Thanks to the Agion® treatment, bacteria growth is prevented on the parts between cleaning sessions, resulting in better tasting ice. The ice cuber has dual exhaust zones on the right side and top of the unit. This allows one of the exhaust zones to be obstructed without affecting ice production. Some standard features of the Ice-O-Matic Air Cooled Ice Machine include a space-saving design, the ability to produce up to 922 lbs of ice per day, and a Universal Smart Harness™ control board that simplifies installation and servicing. The machine also exceeds the new 2018 DOE regulations for energy efficiency and is environmentally friendly with BPA-free plastic and recyclable parts. In terms of sanitation, the ice machine has one-touch controls for sanitization and descaling. The components are BPA-free and dishwasher safe. The built-in Agion® ensures antimicrobial protection, and the SMART LED light indicates when cleaning is required. The Plastic Food Zone is designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting sanitation.
