The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It is an air-cooled model that can produce up to 465 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period. The ice cubes produced are full-size and measure 7/8" on each edge. It consumes 18 gallons of water and 5.46 kWh of power for every 100 lbs of ice made. The power configuration for this unit is 208-230v/60/1-ph and it uses 6.3 amps of current. The Plastic Food Zone of this ice machine is made up of BPA-free plastic parts that are recyclable. These plastic parts can be placed in a dishwasher for easy cleaning. The internal components of the unit are treated with Agion® antimicrobial treatment, allowing for extended periods without cleaning. The front panel of the unit is easily removable, providing easy access to the Plastic Food Zone. Some standard features of the Ice-O-Matic Air Cooled Ice Machines include a space-saving design, the ability to produce up to 500 lbs of ice per day, and a Universal Smart Harness™ control board for simplified installation and servicing.
