It features an air-cooled self-contained condenser with 18,450 BTU/hr of heat rejection, allowing it to produce up to 917 lbs of ice in 24 hours. For every 100 lbs of ice produced, it consumes 19 gallons of water and 5.1 kWh of power. This model is designed for 208-230v/60/3-ph power at 8.9 amps. The Plastic Food Zone inside this ice maker is made of BPA-free components that have tool-free snap-together parts, which are dishwasher safe. The ice maker has a SMART LED system that alerts you when these parts need cleaning. Thanks to the Agion® treatment, cleanings are not required too frequently as it prevents bacteria from growing on the parts between cleaning sessions. This treatment also ensures better tasting ice. This ice machine has dual exhaust zones on the right side and top of the unit, allowing one of these zones to be obstructed without affecting ice production.
