The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It has a water cooled condenser and can produce up to 896 lbs of ice every 24 hours under ideal conditions. The ice produced by this model is in the shape of half-dice with dimensions of 3/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, this unit requires 140 gallons of water for condenser cooling, 4.2 kWh of power, and 19 gallons of drinkable water. The ice cuber features a Plastic Food Zone made up of recyclable BPA-free snap-together parts. These parts can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The front panel can be removed with minimal screws, providing complete access to the Plastic Food Zone for convenient cleaning and maintenance. An Agion® treatment is applied to protect components from bacteria and ensure the purity of the ice.
