This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It is an air cooled self-contained head unit that can produce up to 561 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period. The ice produced by this machine is in the form of half-size cubes measuring 7/8"x3/8"x7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, it consumes 5.87 kWh of power and 19.9 gallons of potable water. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 17.8 amps. The parts of the Plastic Food Zone are made from BPA-free plastic and can be easily cleaned by running them through a dishwasher cycle. These plastic parts can be serviced without the need for tools. The unit is equipped with Agion® technology, which prevents microbial growth between cleanings and ensures better tasting ice over time. The front panel can be removed to access the Plastic Food Zone and all its parts for easy servicing. The dual exhaust system allows air to exit the unit through both the top and right side, making it possible to install the machine against a low ceiling or next to other equipment without obstructing airflow.
