The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It has a production capacity of 435 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period, with air and water temperatures of 70°F and 50°F respectively. This self-contained ice machine has an air-cooled condenser. The ice produced by this machine is in the form of half-dice cubes measuring 7/8"x7/8"x7/8". For every 100 pounds of ice made, it consumes 5.43 kWh of power and 19.8 gallons of water. The power configuration is 115v/60/1-ph at 11.0 amps. The ice production takes place in the Plastic Food Zone of the unit, which is made up of recyclable BPA-free parts. These parts are dishwasher safe and can be easily cleaned without the need for tools, thanks to the snap-together construction. The removable front panel allows for convenient access to these parts for cleaning and maintenance. The model also includes Agion® technology to prevent microbial growth between cleaning sessions. The Ice-O-Matic Air Cooled Ice Machines offer crystal-clear ice and a range of cubers, flakers, and the patented Pearl Ice Machine.
