It has a 24-hour ice production capacity of up to 490 lbs, based on water and air temperatures of 50°F and 70°F respectively. The ice produced by this machine is full-size cubes measuring 7/8"x7/8"x7/8". To produce 100 lbs of ice, it consumes 6.21 kWh of power and 19.6 gallons of potable water. The unit requires 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 20.1 amps. The Plastic Food Zone of this ice machine is made from BPA-free plastic, which can be easily cleaned by running it through a dishwasher wash cycle. The plastic parts are also serviceable without the need for tools.
