This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is part of the Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker. It has a water-cooled condenser and can produce 586 lbs of ice per day. The ice produced by this unit is in the shape of half-dice, measuring 7/8" x 3/8" x 7/8". It requires 181 gallons of water for every 100 lbs of ice produced and uses 4.70 kWh of power and 20 gallons of potable water. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph power at 17.4 amps. The Plastic Food Zone parts of this ice maker are made of BPA-free plastic, which is dishwasher safe and can be easily disassembled without the need for tools. The interior of the ice maker can be accessed by removing the front panel, making it convenient for cleaning and servicing without having to move the entire ice maker.
