The Hoshizaki Commercial Work Tables and Station is a refrigerated Chef Base with two sections, designed to increase productivity by providing a convenient location for refrigerated ingredients and cooking equipment. It features standard dimensions of 85" W x 33.25" D x 26" H and operates on 115v/60/1 power with a 10 ft. cord and plug. The unit uses R290 refrigerant and has an automatic time-initiated heated defrost system. The Chef Base has a nominal compressor capacity of 1354 BTU/hr at 1/5 HP and an enamel coated evaporator coil for extended life. It is equipped with six 4" HD casters, all with brakes, for easy mobility. The unit is insulated with 2" CFC free, foamed in place polyurethane and has a 26" high work surface that can support up to 1200 lbs. of equipment. The Chef Base features four stainless steel drawers with fully welded construction and finger cut-outs for easy removal of pans. The drawer slides are made of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. The unit also has a ceramic heat shield integral to the 16 gauge stainless steel top to protect food from high heat. The Chef Base comes with a five-year compressor warranty and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It has an innovative air distribution system that evenly distributes air to maintain product temperature. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, including the front, sides, and top, while the interior is also stainless steel. Optional kits for the Chef Base include additional long drawer divider bar, short drawer divider bar, and condenser filter. The left drawer has a capacity for three 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans, while the right drawer can hold two 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included).
