The Hoshizaki Commercial Work Tables and Stations is a refrigerated Chef Base that combines refrigerated storage and cooking equipment in one convenient location, making it easy to increase productivity. It features R290 refrigerant and operates on 115v/60/1 power with a 10 ft. cord and plug. The unit has automatic time-initiated heated defrost and dimensions of 110.5" W x 33.25" D x 26" H. The nominal compressor has a capacity of 1354 BTU/hr at 1/5 HP. The Chef Base is equipped with an extruded aluminum flush mount drawer handle and an enamel coated evaporator coil for extended life. It comes with eight 4" HD casters, all with brakes, for easy mobility. The shipping crate dimensions are 112.5" L x 34.5" D x 30.5" H and it weighs 595 lbs. The unit is insulated with 2" CFC free, foamed in place polyurethane and has a 26" high work surface that can support up to 1500 lbs. of equipment. The drawers have a capacity of three 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included) and are equipped with finger cut-outs for easy removal of pans. The Chef Base comes with a five-year compressor warranty and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It features an innovative air distribution system that evenly distributes air to maintain product temperature. The drawer slides are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. The top of the unit has a ceramic heat shield integral to the 16 gauge stainless steel construction to protect food from high heat. The Chef Base has four stainless steel drawers that are fully welded and securely fastened in the cabinet. Optional kits include an additional long drawer divider bar, a short drawer divider bar, and a condenser filter. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, including the front, sides, and top, and the interior is also stainless steel.
