The Hoshizaki Commercial Work Tables and Station is a refrigerated Chef Base that combines refrigerated storage and cooking equipment in one convenient location, increasing productivity. It features R290 refrigerant and operates on 115v/60/1 power with a 10 ft. cord and plug. The unit has automatic time-initiated heated defrost and dimensions of 98" W x 33.25" D x 26" H. The nominal compressor has a capacity of 1354 BTU/hr at 1/5 HP. 
 
 The Chef Base includes (8) 4" HD casters with brakes for easy mobility. It is insulated with 2" CFC free, foamed in place polyurethane and has an enamel coated evaporator coil for extended life. The work surface is 26" high and can support up to 1500 lbs. of equipment. The drawers have a capacity of (3) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included) and are equipped with finger cut-outs for easy removal. 
 
 The unit has a durable construction with a stainless steel exterior (front, sides, top) and a stainless steel interior. The drawer slides are made of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. It also features a ceramic heat shield integral to the 16 gauge stainless steel top to protect food from high heat. 
 
 The Chef Base comes with a five-year compressor warranty and a three-year parts and labor warranty. Optional kits include additional long drawer divider bar, short drawer divider bar, and condenser filter.
