The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with (7) rods and a pass-thru design. It features a forward slanted shelf and is constructed with stainless/aluminum materials. The warmer is 36" long and has a power of 935 watts. It comes with 4" legs and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Slant Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. These warmers are ideal for self-serve and kitchen-to-server holding.
The shelves are slanted for self-service convenience. The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F - 200°F (85°C - 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The models have pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs., the NSF requires them to be sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs.
Standard units are shipped with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. A 5" sneeze guard is available for the customer side only in various sizes. A display sign holder that matches the unit color is also available in different sizes. Other options include a flip-up door locking plate, LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels instead of glass end panels, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light (not available for export voltages).
Accessories for the warmer include 4" adjustable legs (standard on models GRSDS-36 and larger, and all dual models), plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with optional sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods
