The Glo-Ray® Merchandising Warmer is a counter model with (8) rods and a pass-thru design. It features a horizontal shelf and is constructed with stainless/aluminum materials. The warmer has 4" legs and operates at 1340 watts. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, as well as ANSI/NSF 4 certified. This product is made in the USA.
The Glo-Ray® Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. These warmers are ideal for self-serve and kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base has a temperature range of 185°- 200°F (85°- 93°C). The warmers also feature coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights that enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The infrared top heat is directed to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For installation, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be either sealed or raised on the installation surface with the included 4" legs. The standard units come with tempered glass side panels, hardcoated shelves, coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights, adjustable dividers, legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
There are several options available at the time of purchase, including designer colors such as black, navy blue, warm red, gray granite, white granite, hunter green, and antique copper. Customers can also choose to add a 5" sneeze guard on the customer side or both sides, with various sizes available. A display sign holder is another option, with sizes matching the unit and color. LED indicating temperature control, stainless steel end panels instead of glass, and a halogen bulb in lieu of the standard display light are also available options.
Accessories for the warmer include adjustable legs, plexi-glass flip-up doors on one side (not compatible with sneeze guards in the same opening), and additional stainless steel divider rods.
