The Glo-Ray® Designer Horizontal Merchandising Display Warmers are designed to safely hold hot wrapped or boxed products at proper serving temperatures. They have pre-focused infrared top heat and a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated heated base, which extends the holding times of most food. The warmers offer the convenience of self-serve and the efficiency of kitchen-to-server holding.
The thermostatically-controlled, hard-coated heated base has a temperature range of 185°F to 200°F (85°C to 93°C). The coated shatter-resistant incandescent lights enhance product display while protecting food from bulb breakage. The models have pre-focused infrared top heat that directs heat to the outer edges of the holding surface where heat loss is the greatest.
For safety, units over 36" in width or weighing more than 80 lbs. need to be sealed to the installation surface or raised with the included 4" legs. Standard units come with tempered glass side panels, a thermostatically controlled heated base, infrared upper heating elements, incandescent lights, product divider rods, 4" legs, and a 6' cord with plug.
Options available at the time of purchase include designer colors, designer inset panel colors, a 5" sneeze guard, plexi-glass flip-up doors, indicating temperature control (LED), dark gray corner caps, a halogen bulb instead of the standard display light, and front glass instead of channel dividers and divider rods. Accessories include stainless steel rods and a flip-up control cover.
